Tenant Fees Information
ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCIES:
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments;
Permitted Payments:
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Hobson Property)

Holding Deposit: 1 weeks' rent

Deposit: 5 weeks' rent (if under £50,000 a year) or 6 weeks' rent (if over £50,000 a year)
During the tenancy payable to Hobson Property:

Late Payment of Rent; 3% on top of the Bank of England's interest rate (per day).

Early Termination/ Surrender; payment of £50 and any unpaid rent.

If higher costs have been incurred due to your request or default, you will be given a full breakdown of the payment due.
